Configure Notifications

There are several email notifications admins can receive to keep up with what is happening with your memberships.

Daily Membership Report

A membership report will be emailed once a day if any of the following occur:
  1. New members join
  2. Members upgrade or downgrade membership
  3. Members going past due
  4. Renewal notices are sent out
  5. Renewal/past-due actions are executed

Receive Notifications

To start receiving your organization’s Membership Report go to Organization Settings > Integration > Email Notifications.

Add your email in the box next to Membership notification email. Scroll down and click on Save & Continue to save your changes.



You can have notification emails sent to multiple people by including all email addresses separated by a comma. There should be NO spaces between each email. For example “email1@gmail.com,email2@outlook.com”.

New Member Sign-Up Notifications

You can have an email notification can be sent out every time a member joins a specific membership level.



Go to MembershipWorks > Labels and Membership > Membership Levels and click on the membership level. Add the email under Notify email … when a new member signs up.
