Record an Offline Payment

This situation applies when you receive a check, cash, or other payment made outside of MembershipWorks for a form transaction and you would like to mark the transaction as paid.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Form 

Go to MembershipWorks > Forms Carts Donations and click on the form on the right where you want to record an offline payment.

Step 2: Locate Unpaid Form Entry 

Click the Dashboard tab link at the top if it is not already selected. Unpaid balances will be displayed in red in the form dashboard. Click the Manage link to the left of the unpaid balance that you want to record as paid.

Step 3: Record Payment 

Click Record payment received in the pop-up menu. Click Confirm in the pop-up window to confirm that you want to mark the balance as paid.




Step 4: View Updated Record 

The user's balance will change from red to black to show that a payment has been recorded for this transaction.
