Go to MembershipWorks > Forms Carts Donations and click on the applicable form on the right.
Step 2: Locate and Manage Record
Click Manage to the right of the user's name.
Step 3: Void and Refund Record
Select Void & Refund in the pop-up menu.
Step 4: Confirm
Click the Confirm button in the pop-up window to confirm.
Step 5: Refund Receipt
An email notification will be sent to the user letting them know that the transaction has been refunded. If the user paid online with a credit card, they will be refunded on the same credit card.
