Integrate Our Features into Your SquareSpace Website
You can easily integrate our features into your SquareSpace website by adding our HTML snippets to your website pages.
Where to find the HTML snippets
Snippets can be generated under HTML Feature Snippets.
You can only use 1 embed code per page.
- Previews
for the pages with HTML snippets may not work properly in the SquareSpace editor. Use a different
browser (where you are not logged into SquareSpace) to view
the features in your actual website.
- HTML snippets
for Forms Carts Donations and single Event Registration can be obtained
from the respective Form or Event Dashboard.
- Please disable Ajax loading for your template.
Step 1: Edit Your Website
Go to the SquareSpace Dashboard and click on your website.
Step 2: Add a New Page
Go to Website > Pages and click the + icon to add a new Blank Page.
Step 3: Add a Page Name
Enter a name for the page based on the feature you will be adding. For example, if you will be adding the membership sign-up form to the page, you can enter a name such as Member Sign-Up or Join Now.
Step 4: Edit Page
Click the Edit button at the top of the page.
Step 5: Add Section
Click the Add Section button in the middle of the page and then click Add a blank section on the left side of the pop-up window.
Step 6: Add Block
Mouse over the section and click + Add Block on the top left corner of the section.
Step 7: Add Code Block
Click to select the <> Code block in the pop-up window.
Step 8: Widen Code Block
Expand the width of the Code block as needed by clicking and dragging the middle white square on the right hand side of the block. Note that you should not expand the height of the block, as the height will change dynamically based on the content in the box.
Step 9: Edit Code
Click the pencil icon on the top left corner of the block to edit the code.
Step 10: Add Feature Snippet
Delete the <p>Hello, World!</p> code from the HTML box, then paste the code from the HTML Feature Snippets generator. Then click outside of the block to close it.
Step 11: Save Page
Click Save at the top of the page, and then click Exit.
