After
issuing a full or partial refund for an event registration, the
registrant will automatically receive a refund receipt email letting
them know that their refund was successfully processed and the amount of
the refund. This email can be customized to include more information.
Go to MembershipWorks > Customization > Emails.
Under Template on the right, select Event registration refund email from the dropdown.
The email template will display below the dropdown. Edit the Email subject and Email message as needed.
