Event Registration Payment Receipt Email
If
a payment is made when a user registers for an event, they will receive
a payment receipt along with the event confirmation email.
Unlike the event confirmation email, which can be customized per event, the event registration payment receipt email template is sent for all paid event registrations. Although you can add tags to insert the event title, date and time, and location into the email message, you should not add information that is specific to a particular event, such as parking information. You should include event specific information in the event confirmation email.
Step by Step Instructions
Go to MembershipWorks > Customization > Emails.
Under Template on the right, select Event registration payment receipt from the dropdown.

The email template will display below the dropdown. Edit the Email subject and Email message as needed.

- Click Save Template on the left when complete.
