Board Display Template HTML Tags

 The View Listings page for Job, Announcement or Classified Ad Boards can be customized by customizing the Listing Summary HTML Template and the Listing Page HTML Template. These HTML templates are located under the board's Display Template tab. Note that only fields used on the form template can be applied.

The following are tags supported in the HTML templates:

Data Tags

  1. [uid] - Account ID
  2. [nam] - Account name
  3. [ctc] - Contact name
  4. [biz] - Organization name
  5. [pos] - Position
  6. [adr] - Address (formatted as 2 lines)
  7. [phn] - Phone
  8. [cel] - Mobile
  9. [fax] - Fax
  10. [web] - Website
  11. [sky] - Skype
  12. [cnm] - Tagline
  13. [pfl] - Profile description
  14. [nte] - Admin note
  15. [ttl] - Listing title
  16. [dtl] - Listing description
  17. [ico] - Image (icon)
  18. [lgo] - Image (small)
  19. [lgx] - Image (large)
  20. [erl] - Listing/application URL
  21. [lrq] - Listing requirements
  22. [lsr] - Listing price/salary range
  23. [lsb] - Listing benefits
  24. [lty] - Listing type
  25. [lwl] - Listing location type
  26. [lwa] - Listing address (formatted as 2 lines)
  27. [x??] - Custom field - use the 2-letter identifier (in lower case) after the "x". For example for "LF", the shortcode would be [xlf]

Special Function Tags

  1. [_dp] - Date listing was posted [_de] - Days since listing was posted [adr.ads] - Address - second line (city/state/zip/country) only
  2. [_ms] - Embeds a "Send Message" link that allows users to send a message to listing owner using our messaging system (similar to directory). Listing Page template only.
  3. [lwa.ads] - Listing address - second line (city/state/zip/country) only
  4. [x??.ads] - Custom address fields - second line (city/state/zip/country) only

Conditional Tags

You can also insert HTML based on whether a field is set or empty using conditional tags:
  1. [xxx?This HTML or text will be inserted if field xxx is set]
  2. [xxx!This HTML or text will be inserted if field xxx is not set or empty]
Info
  • You cannot use the closing "]" bracket within the HTML or text you want to appear, so you would have to escape it as "]".
  • You cannot nest tags inside the conditional tags.
  • Special function tags cannot be used for conditional tags.
