Members Only Form

There are many options to make a form members only. Here is a list of some of the available options:

Create a survey that only members (or certain members you've specified) can view.
Create a survey for members and non-members, but have some questions that you only want members to answer.
Create a shopping page that only members (or certain members you've specified) can view.
Create a shopping page for members and non-members, but have some items that only members can purchase.
Create a voting form that is only available for specified members.

Step by Step Instructions

Follow the steps below to make an entire form members only so members will need to be logged in to view it.

Go to MembershipWorks > Forms Carts Donations and click on a form on the right that you want to make members only.
Click the Form Template link at the top.
You will see one or multiple boxes under the Form Template tab. Each box title is located at the top of the box on a gray background. Click on the first box title.
Next to Visibility, check the box next to Show only for accounts with these folders/labels.
Below this, click to select the members that you want to be able to view the form (e.g. Members (folder)). Selected members will display in green to show they are selected.
Click OK.
If there are multiple boxes, repeat steps 3-6 for each box.
Click Save & Continue on the left when complete.
