Cancel a Registration (With or Without a Refund)
From the event Dashboard, click the Manage link on
the registration line
If the member paid online with a credit or debit card, click on Void & Issue Refund if
a refund should be provided. We will process a refund for the full
amount through your payment gateway and send a cancellation email to the
registrant. Alternatively, you can choose Void without Refund.
If the member paid offline and an admin marked their registration as paid, click on Void & Mark as Refunded if you have issued an offline refund, or click on Void & Keep Payment Record if you are not issuing an offline refund. Note that if an admin accidentally marked the registration as paid, you should select Void & Mark as Refunded in order to remove the payment.
